(1)当代大学生自主创业意识较强，对创业有着浓厚的兴趣，渴望成功，充满生命活力，有创业的激情和梦想。

(2)大学生想通过创业展示自我生命的价值和才能，为社会和自己创造财富。

(3)当代大学生有较好的文化素养和创业潜能，他们往往在人际交往、协调沟通、想象空间、运动空间、团队合作、组织管理、敢想敢干等方面表现出较强的才华和活力，在非智力因素和创业心理素质方面有较大的优势。

大学生创业的劣势

(1)大学生创业的积极主动性不够。很多大学生都是在找不到合适的工作前提下，才会去考虑创业。

(2)当代地方高校大学生对自己的创业能力缺乏客观的评价，在心理上对创业的难度准备不足，很多学生都带有急功近利的思想，总是希望自己能通过创业快速发财，缺乏长期创业心理准备，对在创业过程种要遇到的风险和困难预计不足。

(3)地方高校有不少大学生形成了个体学习的智障，成为创业行动的绊脚石。

(4)不少地方高校大学生对创业有心理障碍。主要表现在：怕苦怕累。怕竞争，不愿从基层干起，在做人做事方面欠缺等方面。害怕失败，怕出差错。怕丢脸，死要面子，对自己缺乏自信，低估自己。不敢接受挑战，不敢尝试冒险。总担心自己不行；缺乏敏感度，事事漠不关心。不善观察和思考。

大学生创业的机会

(1)具备一定的创业环境和条件。国家的相关法律制度和政策逐步健全和完善，为大学生创业提供了法律制度保障。大量的基础服务机构和设施如电力、通信、交通、金融、保险等条件也得到改善并逐步完备，为自主创业提供了较好的环境和条件。

(2)高校的支持。为解决大学生就业难的问题，各高校及其就业指导部门也作了大量的工作。如开设大学生创业选修课。邀请创业成功人士谈创业经历，让大学生掌握创业的基本政策和知识；开展大学生创业策划大赛。创业论坛等活动，培养学生创业兴趣，在实践中锻炼学生的创业能力。

大学生创业的威胁

(1)越来越大的创业竞争压力。大学生创业，可能会面临同学、校友的竞争，传统从业者的竞争。来自大陆以外地区和国家大学生的创业竞争，尤其是港、澳、台地区的大学生的竞争。

(2)大学开设的创业教育课程少，也缺乏对大学生创业能力的训练，造成大学生自主创业缺乏相关的氛围和环境。

(3)经济危机的威胁。在这种全球经济衰退的大环境下，社会创业政策保障不力、创业环境不善也是—个不容忽视的原因。

(4)从家庭来看。很多家长要求自己的孩子有一份安稳的工作，而不要一进社会就承担太大的风险。这种潜在的对创业不信任的社会心理对想创业的大学生来说无疑是一种巨大的心理压力。

现在大学生创业是一种趋势，虽然有优势和机遇但同时也存在劣势和威胁。大学生在创业的同时要根据自己的特点，抓住机遇发挥优势，要找出具体的不足，制定方案解决威胁与困难，从而实现自己的人生目标。

一、大学生消费心理特点

大学生的自我意识已相当成熟，有自我的价值判断，因而受电视广告等媒体的影响相对较少。网络信息渠道的畅通，为大学生自主消费提供了必要的物质基础。多数大学生主动通过同学，家庭，及网络等获得所需商品的信息。大学生敢于创新，思想活跃，有多元的价值目标，同时拥有科学知识，极强的好奇心和敏感性，较强的学习能力，勇于尝试和探索，因此对新产品有较高的敏感度。然而因心理的不完全成熟，消费经验和技巧的缺乏，大学生容易进入从众消费冲动消费等误区。

情感过程

在消费者对商品或劳务的认识过程中，产生的满意或不满意，高兴或不高兴的心理体验，构成有特色的对商品或劳务的感情色彩。大学生充满激情，热情奔放，道德感也比较完善，拥有较高的审美观。感情力大大增强，但自制力仍薄弱。多数大学生能理性地思考和行动，调节自己的冲动，理性地消费。但心理的不完全成熟，自制力不强，易受情绪和外界的干扰，冲动性和情绪性消费依然存在。年龄的增长，眼界的扩大，知识经验的丰富和思维水平的提高，自我情感体验多样性。感情和理智，冲动和克制并存的状态，在特殊的环境下，易于感情冲动，在购买商品时，受商品式样和他人的影响，跟着感觉走。

意志过程

消费者在购买活动中有目的，自觉地支配和调节自己的行动，努力克服各种困难，从而实现既定购买目的过程，既有计划地实施购买决策过程，大学生心理发展期，意志尚未定型，果断性品质有较大的发展，但缺乏恒心和毅力。大学生能根据自己的需求出发，根据自己的支付水平和商品供应情况。自觉性提高，但惰性存在。

二、大学生消� 一方面，他们离开亲人，有的人甚至千里迢迢地来到自己理想的大学继续深造、增长才干，过着相对独立的生活；另一方面，他们消费的经济来源主要来自家庭，家庭收入越高，对学生的供给越多。目前大学生的消费来源仍以家庭供给为主。

(一)独特性

大学生处于消费成长期到成熟期的过渡时期，一方面表现得求新求异、富有好奇心，对外界新事物的接受能力特别强。于是在社会许多新颖玩意的吸引下，“试一试”的想法成了这种心理的源泉。因此他们往往走在了朝流的前列，同时又追求个性，喜欢做把自己打扮得与众不同，或是购买一些与众不同的物品，以求引人注意，达到一种自我满足的效果。

(二)兴趣性

目前许多年轻人都是“追星族”，大学生也是如此。于是，他们便把生活费的一部分用在购置自己偶像的磁带或cd上，画报，娱乐报，还有一些专业杂志等和明星有关的东西。另外还有上网，其实每个大学生都会有这样一笔开支，只是或多或少。总的来说，大学生容易在自己喜欢的事情上花钱，主要消费对象与自己的兴趣爱好有关。

(三)时尚性

有人说，大学校园是最时尚的地方。他们总喜欢时尚消费，比如旅游、电脑、和手机消费，再次是发型、服装、饰物、生活用品，大学校园中都不乏追“新”族。特别是女生们的服饰，不要很多钱，但是搭配很现代、很时尚。她们在选购服饰的时候，大部分学生都想花不是很多的钱，去购买那些有一定知名度品牌的衣服，结果呢，实在是喜欢，一狠心，花一个不低的价格把它给买下来了，过后却难过好几天，在选购其它东西的时候也是一样的。男孩子就有些区别了，他们一般是准备已久，根据手头情况去购买相对较高档次的品牌，也不会太计较已花掉的钱。由此可总结出两句话，男生少购买，大品牌，强出手；女生多出动，中品牌，软上手。

(四)从众性

不同的校园环境也会有不同的消费习惯，这跟校园内的氛围有关。如某人搞了一个发型，大家觉得不错，在理发的时候也就自然会想到那种效果。其它还包括穿着消费，运动消费等，都有一定的从众性，但也要注意各校的差异性。

(五)攀比性

身在周围都是同龄人的环境中，加之有不少学生的家境不错，特别容易出现攀比的风气。这便使许多人产生了“别人有什么，我也要有什么”的想法，别人去那家高档餐馆吃饭，我也就想去，再加上时下的某些时尚主题，促进了这种心理的形成，跟进了流行大军。明显的主要有，购买一些流行产品及吃喝玩乐方面，而这样的东西一般又比较花钱，但有的同学就把它当作一种身份的体现，愿花很大的代价来购买它。

(六)礼节性

在大学里，礼尚往来是很重要的消费力，今天你过生日，我得送礼给你，你请我吃饭。明天轮到我过生日或是有什么喜事，你又得大手笔的还我，还有的是一帮学生，某天某个人请大家吃饭，或是消费什么，隔几天另一个人觉得自己要还礼，又是一帮人出来消费，结果是一个接着一个，并不断循环，这样极大地扩大了消费的量。

(七)盲目性

这种心理特点的形成是基于前面几种心理的，且从众性心理起了主导作用。另外，受许多商家看准学生的这种消费心理而推出许多商品之类因素的影响，导致大学生消费的无的放失。比如：某歌星推出一张新专辑，某运动品牌有新的款式上市，不用很长时间，便会“你有我有全都有”。其实所买的商品是否实用，或是否有使用价值，在购买时学生不一定会去多考虑。“见好就买”似乎已经成了当代大学生消费的重要特征。

(八)冲动性

大学生消费也具有年轻人所共有的特点，即在购买物品时，有时候容易产生冲动购买，例如他们容易受广告促销的影响，明明本身就没打算过要购买这种产品，但当时推销员说得很好，或是看到广告很有吸引力，而突发其想地要购买，结果买后又后悔了。

(九)围绕女生性

男大学生的消费一大部分是用于交往，而更多的是用于和女生交往的，也就是男生和女生在一起就特容易花钱，细心的人不难发现，一些酒吧、中档餐馆及一些公共消费的地方，绝大多数都是男女生共同消费，而且在这个时候，男生一般都不太在乎花多少钱，只要高兴就好，所以消费完以后，皆大欢喜。而同种性别的人在一起就不一样了，特别是女生，可能会少于平时的消费量。

(十)无计划性

相信念过大学的人，都知道当代大学生是最会哭穷的，不管他是否很有钱，但还是总叫说没钱，每当到了月末，或是学期结束的时候，有的甚至在开学一半，就开始叫着没饭吃了。其实他们都是很有钱的人，一开始的时候� 当意识到要节省的时候，钱也就快差不多了。因此他们也就开始大喊穷了，殊不知是当初自己用钱没计划好。这是许多有钱大学生们的一个通病。

三、大学生购买特点

1.消费倾向多元化：走出学校面向社会，努力跟上并适应外边世界步伐已成为大多学子的目标。旅游、电脑、手机等已成为大学生消费的热点。网络调查表明，被问及在经济条件许可时最想做的事情是什么，60%以上的人选择旅游，其次是买电脑。

2.消费方式在理性指导下实用与前卫并存：从本次调查数据的资料中可以看出，无论是大学生基本生活费中的衣食住行还是人际交往以及旅游、购买手机的动机，都带有浓厚的实用色彩。

3.尽管讲牌子摆阔气等社会风气已不可避免地浸染了校园，致使部分大学生受到影响。越来越多学生、甚至有部分贫困生加入高消费行列，购买昂贵的mp3、电脑、手机等用品，这种趋势在一定程度上有所蔓延。

渠道策略

一、分销渠道长度结构

1、直接分销渠道

直接分销渠道又叫零级渠道。是指生产企业不通过中间商换届，直接将产品销售给目标客户或者消费者。我们公司的产品主要是针对在校大学生的创业培训，所以，公司也将会在初期，直接同高校联系，省去中间的学校代理环节，降低成本。

2、间接分销渠道

间接分销渠道是相对于直接分销渠道而言的。是指制造商对产品的分校是在分销商和营销中介机构下实现的。随着市场的开放和流通领域的多样化发展，间接分销渠道已� 我们公司在发展到一定规模后，当在社会上取得一定的知名度后，将会在各个高校中招聘校园代理，对公司的培训业务进行宣传。同时，与校方联系，定期举行一些大学生创业培训讲座。

二、分销渠道的宽度结构

根据每一渠道层次里使用的分销商数量的多少，营销渠道又可以划分为宽渠道和窄渠道。宽渠道就是企业使用的同类中问商数量多，产品在市场上的分销面广。反之，就是窄渠道。通常，营销渠道的宽窄是相对而言的。受产品性质、市场特征和企业营销战略等因素的影响，营销渠道的宽度结构大致有三种类型：

1)密集分销策略

3)独家分销策略

即制造商在一定的地区、时间只选择一家分销商销售自己的产品。一般是高价晶和特色商品。他的优点是对渠道的控制力强，其渠道成本低；缺点是渠道内缺乏竞争，市场覆盖面小。

三、分销渠道的广度

此外，依据企业使用渠道的广度还可以将营销渠道划分为单渠道和多渠道。单渠道是指企业选择的销售渠道单一，或者由经销商包销，或者完全由自己直接销售。多渠道则是指企业选择多种销售渠道的组合，即可以采取直接渠道与间接渠道组合，又可以采取多级渠道组合等等。多渠道可扩大产品的市场覆盖面、降低渠道成本和更好地适应顾客要求。我们公司将选取多渠道的销售方式。

促销策略
